If you are like me I always love to snack!! So by having healthier snacks you can help your calorie count lower by consuming foods with lower calories!

Including more fruits and veggies into your diet can immensely help your metabolism and your body! Our daily recommendation of fruits and veggies is half a cup every meal leading to 1.5 to 2 cups a day!

Which most people don’t and I can say I caught myself doing this!!

Snacking can be hard for some of us especially if we get bored! I know when I’m bored I start snacking and so I try and meal prep some of these and have the food in the fridge for me to grab and make.
