What I used
• 5 oz lean ground turkey
• 1 tbsp taco seasoning
• 2 cups chopped romaine
• 2 tbsp blended cottage cheese or plain Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp reduced fat shredded cheese
• Diced tomato
• Crushed baked tortilla chips or 1 tostada shell broken up
• Optional: jalapeños, hot sauce
How I made it
Brown turkey. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water.
Layer romaine in a bowl.
Top with warm taco meat.
Add cottage cheese or Greek yogurt.
Sprinkle cheese.
Add tomato.
Finish with crushed chips for crunch.
