A balanced dinner i’ll always make again

This is one of my go to dinners when I want something filling but still fresh.

Steak Niçoise style salad with warm potatoes, crisp green beans, juicy tomatoes, and garlic bread on the side. It’s perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or when you want something that feels a little elevated without the effort.

Preparing the components doesn’t take too long either—boiling baby potatoes until fork-tender, blanching green beans just enough to keep their crispness, and assembling everything fresh keeps the dinner light but filling.
