✅ Key Ingredients:

* 3/4 cup butter

* 1/4 cup shortening

* 1/2 cup pumpkin purée

* 3/4 cup granulated sugar

* 3/4 cup brown sugar

* 1 large egg

* 2 teaspoons vanilla

* 3 cups all-purpose flour

* 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

* 2 teaspoons cream of tartar

* 1 teaspoon baking soda

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

✨ For Rolling:

* 1/4 cup granulated sugar

* 1 Tbsp cinnamon

👩‍🍳 How to Make Them:

1. Cream together butter & shortening, then mix in sugars.

2. Add egg, pumpkin & vanilla; mix well.

3. Stir in dry ingredients until just combined.

4. Chill dough for 10 minutes. Mix cinnamon sugar in a separate bowl.

5. Roll dough into balls, coat in cinnamon sugar, and flatten slightly on a lined baking sheet.

6. Bake at 375°F for 8–10 mins. Cool completely.
