PROGRESS!!!!!

I’m seeing results! I know it’s only been a week, and perhaps it’s placebo… but I really think my posture is improving! I’ve made some changes to my diet and started prioritizing movement more. I’ve noticed less back pain, but obviously I have a long way to go, and the REAL challenge is sticking to these changes long term.

Ive been using Noom to log my food and activity, and the lessons they provide are helping heal my relationship with food of ALL types. I’ve also been getting up earlier which is nice!

It’s not just about losing weight or correcting posture; it’s also about developing a sustainable lifestyle that brings both energy and confidence. This week marks the second week of my body transformation challenge, and I've dedicated a significant amount of time to core workouts and cardio. Improving my posture has become a primary focus, and I'm already starting to feel the benefits. Less back pain is a noteworthy achievement, though I understand that consistency is key as I continue on this journey. I've adopted a cleaner diet, and utilizing apps like Noom allows me to track not only what I eat but also the emotional underpinnings of my relationship with food. This approach has been eye-opening; I am learning more about how to enjoy food without guilt, embrace healthier choices, and understand when I'm eating out of habit rather than hunger. Moreover, I'm finding that getting up earlier helps me make better use of the day, enabling me to incorporate physical activity before diving into daily responsibilities. Each morning feels fresh and invigorating, setting a positive tone for the rest of the day. Ultimately, this journey is about more than just visible results; it’s about cultivating a sense of self-care and respect for my body. Whether you are starting your transformation or are well on your way, know that every positive change matters, and progress is best measured by overall well-being rather than just numbers on a scale.
