Cheesy potato soup!

6 large potatoes boiled to fork tender

2-3 large carrots cut into small pieces boiled with potatoes -optional

2-3 celery stalks cut into small pieces boiled with potatoes -optional

6-7 cups of milk - just covering potatoes

2 cups of ham cut up

1 block of velvetta cheese 32oz for very cheesy 16oz for hint of cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook on low until everything is combined stirring occasionally so cheese does not cook to bottom
