Protein Snacks for Sweet Cravings

When I want something sweet at night but don’t want to feel heavy, this is the kind of snack I reach for. A high-protein yogurt makes it filling without feeling like a full dessert, and adding fruit and protein granola gives it texture and sweetness without overdoing it.

The yogurt is creamy and satisfying on its own, and the granola adds just enough crunch to make it feel more indulgent. The granola has 13g of protein per serving, and the yogurt has 20g of protein per serving, which makes this feel balanced instead of just sugary.

This works best as a late-night snack when I want dessert energy but still want protein.

The protein granola was $5.49 from Food Lion, and the yogurt was $6.49 from Food Lion.

Plus, purchasing these items from stores like Food Lion is convenient and affordable—the protein granola priced at around $5.49 and yogurt about $6.49.
