5 SIGNS OF AN UNHEALTHY METABOLISM (i wish i knew)

Storytime: for a short time in high school i randomly decided to become “vegan” even though i had absolutely no idea what that entailed (all i really knew was to not eat dairy or meat)🥩 So with that, I followed a diet of straight salads, pasta and fries😂 And along came a BUNCH of mineral/vitamin deficiencies because i had no idea wtf i was doing and i literally ended up not getting my period for like 3 months straight (can we just take a moment to appreciate how i went from one extreme to the other on the health spectrum 😂)

anyways that completely threw my metabolism out of whack! if i could go back into time and know how to properly care for my metabolism and nourish my body, i would do it all over again!
