2 tasses de farine d’amande non blanchie

1/4 tasse de farine tout usage sans gluten

1/3 tasse de tahini (important d’utiliser un tahini de haute qualitĂ© et bien “liquide” – mon prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© est celui de the tahini goddess chez @NatureSante Health Stores )

2 c. à soupe d’huile de coco

1/2 tasse de sucre de coco

1/2 tasse de sirop d’érable

1 Ɠuf (Ă  tempĂ©rature ambiante)

1 c. à café de poudre à pùte

extrait de vanille

pincée de sel

pĂ©pites de chocolat noir (j’utilise la marque @hukitchen )

instructions :

préchauffez le four à 350

dans un bol, mélangez les ingrédients liquides avec le sucre.

dans un autre bol, mélangez les ingrédients secs.

incorporez les deux préparations ensemble, puis ajoutez les pépites de chocolat.

laissez reposer la pùte au réfrigérateur pendant au moins une heure.

formez 12 boules de pĂąte et disposez-les sur une plaque de cuisson.

ajoutez quelques morceaux de chocolat sur le dessus.

enfournez 10 Ă  12 minutes.

laissez refroidir légÚrement, puis saupoudrez généreusement de fleur de sel.
