I've found that whipping up your own A1 steak sauce is not only incredibly satisfying but also allows you to control the ingredients and tailor the flavor. Plus, there's just something special about serving a sauce you made yourself. So, let's dive into how to make this delicious condiment! Here's what you'll need for this amazing homemade A1 sauce: 1/2 cup golden raisins 1 cup ketchup 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (you can use aged balsamic if you want to for an extra deep flavor!) 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1/4 cup finely diced onion 2 cloves chopped garlic 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste) 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste) 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for your preferred heat level) 1/2 cup orange juice Peel (rind only, avoid the bitter white pith) from 1/2 of an orange 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Let's Make This A1 Steak Sauce Like a Pro!
