⭐ Chikuwa Meat Roll ⭐ (1-2 servings)
• 60-70g minced pork
• Two chikuwa
• Appropriate amount of potato starch
• White onion 10cm
⚫ ︎ Ginger tube 1 tsp
⚫ ︎ A little salt and pepper
⚫ ︎ 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
• 2 teaspoons of bread crumbs
• 2 teaspoons of water or milk
• 2 teaspoons of salad oil
• Chili oil to your liking.
① Finely chop the white onion.
② Add water or milk to the bread crumbs.
③ Cut the chikuwa in half lengthwise.
④ Put minced pork, ①, ② and ⚫ ︎ in a bowl and knead and divide into 4 equal parts.
⑤ Roll ④ so that the outside (baked side) of the chikuwa is inside. Fasten the end of the roll with two toothpicks. Make the rest in the same way.
⑥ Sprinkle potato starch on the meat surface of ⑤.
⑦ Add vegetable oil to a lightly heated frying pan and cook over medium-low heat until ⑥ is cooked.
Pull out the ⑦ toothpick.

Chili oil is optional.
