Ma version santé et sans gluten du Chocolat dubai(sans pâte kataifi)🍫

Vous avez probablement déjà tous entendu parlé du chocolat Dubai c’est partout sur les réseaux sociaux. J’ai créer une version plus santé et sans kataifi (donc sans gluten) et le secret c’est du coconut rapé !J’ai également fait ma propre crème de pistache maison (elle est dans mon dernier réel)

- 2 tasses de coconut râpée

- 2 cuillères à soupe de beurre (ou huile à votre choix)

- Pâte de pistache (environ 1 tasse mais vous pouvez en mettre plus ou moins à votre goût)

- 1 cuillère à soupe de tahini (facultatif. Dans la recette originale il y en a)

1. Dans un poêle anti adhésif, faire fondre le beurre et ajouter les flocons de coconut

2. Cuire de 5 à 10 minutes à feu moyen-doux en remuant constamment (c’est important sinon le coconut va brûler)

3. Retirer du feu lorsque c’est bien cuit et croustillant et mettre dans un bol

4. Ajouter la pâte de pistache et le tahini et bien mélanger

- chocolat de votre choix (noir ou au lait)

- Chocolat blanc + colorant alimentaire (pour décorer)
