Also to me a shaken pumpkin spiced latte just sounds perfect. Refer to my previous video on how to make pumpkin spiced butter to make this latte.
Pumpkin Spiced Shaken Coffee
Ingredients:
➖1 or 2 shots espresso
➖1/3 Cup pumpkin butter
➖pinch salt
➖some ice
➖1/2 Cup milk
Step 1:
After you pull the espresso add all of the ingredients except the milk into a mason jar or cocktail shaker and shake well. Mini or crushed ice tends to work better.
Step 2:
Foam up the milk (make sure it’s a high quality milk because you don’t want a watered down latte) using a frother but just for one minute max. Then pour the coffee mix in and that’s it! #lemon8food @Lemon8 Food
