If you're looking for a quick, easy, and delicious way to fuel your mornings, these breakfast tacos are perfect! Packed with protein and flavor, they’ll keep you satisfied and energized.

🌮 INGREDIENTS:

• 3 zero-carb tortillas

• 6 tator tots (I used 8 but will likely go for 6 next time for better balance)

• 1 egg

• 150g egg whites

• 1 chicken sausage

• 50g Greek yogurt

• Hot sauce 🌶

• Green onion

📝 INSTRUCTIONS:

1️⃣ Cook tator tots in the air fryer or oven until crispy.

2️⃣ While tots cook, scramble the egg and egg whites together in a pan.

3️⃣ Cook the chicken sausage and slice into bite-sized pieces.

4️⃣ Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave, then layer on the egg mixture, sausage, and crispy tator tots.

5️⃣ Top with Greek yogurt, hot sauce for some heat, and garnish with chopped green onion.

And that's it! So quick and easy, but loaded with protein to keep you full and focused. 🙌
