I was right to be skeptical… 🤢🥤

The thought of "canned protein" has always grossed me out for some reason, so I’ve been super nervous to try this trend. Honestly? I was right to be worried for some of these! 👎🏻

🥇 Protein Pop (Cherry Lime): This actually surprised me! It was the only one that didn't make me regret my life choices. 🍒 A bit of that protein texture, but the flavor is good. (90 cals | 22g protein)

🥈 Barebells (Wild Strawberry Soda): I love that it’s caffeinated, but it tasted like fizzy strawberry milk. It also gave me that weird dry-mouth feeling. (50 cals | 10g protein)

🥉 Barebells (Berry Milk Drink): 0/10. It grossed me out so bad. Tasted way too artificial and definitely not worth it. 🤮 (120 cals | 24g protein)

Safe to say I won't be reaching for that milk drink ever again. 🙅🏻‍♀️ Have you guys tried these? Does the idea of canned protein weird you out too? 👇🏻

The Barebells Berry Milk Drink was my least favorite—its artificial flavor and high protein content (24g) didn’t mix well for me, resulting in a taste I found quite off-putting.
