Dutch Oven Prime Rib

This came out AMAZING!!

✨What you need:

•Prime Rib

•Butter

•Salt

•Pepper

•Dutch Oven

•Meat Thermometer

✨Prep:

•Let meat get to room temp, mix your butter, salt and pepper together, once it’s been room temp for at least a 3 hours put your mixture on top then you are ready to cook!

•I cooked mine for 15 mins at 500° then reduced the temp to 325° and let it cook for 42 minutes. The meat got to 115° I shut off the oven and let it sit for an hour then took it out and let it rest on the cutting board for another 20 minutes.
