Day 5 Update:Liquid Diet
Day 5, up early getting my detox on! After a few days on this liquid diet, I started to notice things slowing down a bit, if you know what I mean. Constipation definitely crept in, so this morning I made sure to take some fiber gummies to get things moving.
If you’re thinking about trying a liquid diet, I highly recommend adding fiber to your daily routine. Trust me, your body will thank you! It’s easy to forget that even without solid food, your digestive system still needs that extra support.
I’m learning so much about what my body needs through this process, and each day is teaching me something new. Here’s to staying on track and listening to what my body’s telling me!
