ADHD is often overlooked in women because our symptoms don’t always present as hyperactive.

Inattentive ADHD can present in other ways like:

-Impatience

-Always rushing (yourself and other people, even when there is no need to rush)

-Clumsiness

-Struggling with short-term memory

-Struggling with staying on task

-Chronic fatigue and burnout

-Symptoms of anxiety and depression

-Insomnia, broken sleep, lucid dreams

-Exacerbated PMS/Menopause symptoms

-Short-fused and lashing out over small things

Just because you aren’t hyper doesn’t mean you don’t have ADHD. The hyperactivity is often internal, and inattentive ADHD alone can be just as debilitating.
