Washing is minimal! Comfortable and delicious half-wrapped dumplings👲🥟
Actually, I plan to make frozen stock of shumai...
no matter where you go, you can't find shumai skin 😂
It became dumplings due to schedule change!
◻ ︎ Material ◻ ︎
・ Minced pork 250 ~ 270g (I made it)
・ 1 bag of bean sprouts
・ As much as you like garlic
・ Large size dumpling skin 30 pieces
・ Soy sauce tablespoon 1 / 2
・ Sake tablespoon 1 / 2
・ 1 teaspoon chicken stock
・ 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce (if available)
・ Sesame oil tablespoon 1
・ Ginger tube about 5cm
◻ ︎ How to make ◻ ︎
① Finely chop the bean sprouts in the bag by hand.
② Put all the finely chopped bean sprouts and ingredients in a plastic bag and knead until sticky.
③ Cut the edge of the plastic bag with scissors and squeeze it out on the gyoza skin.
④ Make it half-wrapped like the photo (appropriate and OK)
⑤ Spread an appropriate amount of sesame oil on a frying pan, arrange them with the wrapping opening facing down, cover and bake over medium heat for about 4 minutes.
⑥ Turn over, add an appropriate amount of water, cover again and bake for about 4 minutes.
⑦ Remove the lid and cook over high heat until you like it.
I made it insanely appropriate, so please adjust the amount of seasoning to your liking 🥴
Crunchy is recommended ✨
It was crispy when baked well, but it was delicious with the chewy texture of the palm ~ 🥰
I had 4 pieces of skin left over, so I made a wiener roll!
This was also very popular with children 😋
