I kept seeing these simple easy recipes for protein packed bagels made with very minimal ingredients.

⭐️Greek yogurt
the main two ingredients I had. So I thought I’d give them a try. Well I used self rising flour because I thought why not. Well I think my ratios of flour to yogurt were off. I also wanted them to be cinnamon flavored.
-Will I try these again? Yes. Will I tweak the recipe? Yes again.

use regular flour and add baking powder or baking soda, i can’t remember which it is but if you look it up online you’ll see it. The baking powder/soda helps a lot! And make sure your dough isn’t too thin
