hi loves!! i have done both my own version of 30 hard and 75 hard and saw absolutely amazing results and lost around 20 pounds with both of them! in honor of a new year and becoming my absolute best self, i am going to be doing 30 hard starting january first!

i will be posting the journey, vlogs, meals & transformations on my instagram (emshel333) and my youtube (em.sheldon) if anyone wants to join or check it out 😊

my diet overview:

- 80 oz. of water daily

- stick to my calorie deficit

- eat over 100 grams of protein

- intermittent fasting 16:8 (i will be using @Litely for this. HIGHLY recommend if you are interested in fasting or are struggling to master it. this app helped me lose my weight i kid you not)

- no alcohol or fast food!!

The key components to my success included maintaining a daily intake of 80 oz. of water, adhering to a calorie deficit, and consuming over 100 grams of protein. Intermittent fasting following the 16:8 method not only helped regulate my food intake but also advanced my weight loss goals significantly. In addition to my diet, regular exercise played a pivotal role. Each day, I aimed for at least 15,000 steps, which included walking or doing cardio exercises like the stairmaster to boost my metabolism. Incorporating 1 hour of personal exercise daily and dedicating 15 minutes to Pilates or yoga contributed immensely to both my physical strength and mental well-being, fostering a sense of accomplishment. Self-care and mindfulness practices were vital as well; I spent 20 minutes journaling or meditating. This not only improved my mental state but also ensured that I stayed focused on my goals. Overall, this holistic approach to the 30 Hard challenge not only led to weight loss but also resulted in a fulfilling transformation that I look forward to sharing with my friends and followers!
