... Read moreLosing 10 lbs in a short period was definitely challenging but highly rewarding. One of the key aspects for me was setting a clear goal and tracking my progress closely. I started with a weight of 133 lbs and aimed to get down to 120 lbs by early August. To help reach this goal, I committed to walking at least 10,000 to 15,000 steps every day. I found that tracking steps with my phone helped keep me motivated and gave me a tangible target to hit. In addition to walking, I incorporated Pilates and gym sessions daily. Pilates not only helped with weight loss but also improved my core strength and flexibility, making me feel more toned. Even on busy days, I made sure to fit in at least one walk, which was crucial for maintaining activity levels and clearing my mind. One significant change I made was completely eliminating sugar from my diet. This reduction in sugar helped curb my cravings and reduce unnecessary calorie intake. Along with that, I tracked my calories to ensure I maintained a calorie deficit while still fueling my body with healthy nutrients. By combining consistent physical activity, careful calorie control, and lifestyle adjustments like daily Pilates and walks, I was able to steadily lose weight while maintaining my energy and mental clarity. This approach is sustainable and can be adapted to different fitness levels and schedules. The combination of tracking steps, workouts, and nutrition made a big difference in hitting my goal effectively and feeling great in the process.
