Spooky Cocoa Brownies🎃

easy to make, and even tastier to eat😋🧡made these for halloween movie night with my boyfriend!

❧ Ingredients

* soft butter, to grease pan

* flour, for dusting pan after applying butter

* 4 large eggs

* 1 cup white sugar, sifted

* 1/2 cup brown sugar, sifted

* 8oz (1 cup) melted butter

* 1 1/4 cups cocoa, sifted

* 2 tsp vanilla extract

* 1/2 cup flour, sifted

* 1/2 kosher salt

❧ step 1:

~ preheat oven to 300 degrees, & butter/flour your pan. you can either use a regular cake 8-inch pan, or an actual brownie pan. for mine, i used a brownie pan!

❧ step 2:

~ with a mixer, or regular whisk, beat the eggs at medium speed until fluffy, and a light yellow color. add both sugars, (white and brown), and mix together. add remaining ingredients, and combine.

❧ step 3: pour the batter into the greased/floured 8 inch square pan, (or brownie pan), and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until you poke a butter knife or toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean! when done, remove pan from oven and let cool before cutting.

❧ frosting:

* 1/4 cup unsalted butter

* 1/3 cup cocoa

* 2 cups confectioners sugar

* 3 tbsp milk

❧ steps:

1. in a large microwaveable safe bowl, or cup, melt the butter 30 seconds at a time or until fully melted.

2. add the cocoa powder and whisk until smooth.

3. add in the confectioners sugar and milk.

4. then, whisk until smooth, and frost right away so it doesn’t harden.

add any desired sprinkles, i added some i bought from walmart along with little sugar candy eyes.
