A year ago, I was 355 lbs

My weight loss journey didn’t begin with eating salads and dying on a treadmill. It started with healing my trauma and getting help for my mental health. Without any of that, I wouldn’t have been able to do this journey. I am also so thankful for the medical aid I have in helping me with my PCOS, insulin resistance, and ARFID. I still have a bout 89lbs to go.
