I found that eating foods like avocados, apples with skin, blueberries, and broccoli helps keep my digestive system running smoothly. Additionally, green bananas are a great source of prebiotics, which serve as nourishment for healthy gut bacteria, along with garlic, onions, and asparagus. Choosing easily digestible, gut-friendly carbohydrates such as rice, sweet potatoes, bananas, and oats provides energy without causing digestive discomfort. Tracking my weight and BMI using a nutrition app helped me observe how these dietary changes positively influenced my overall health. Incorporating these gut-friendly foods into meals not only supports digestion but also contributes to a balanced lifestyle and improved mental clarity. I encourage anyone looking to enhance their gut health to start by adding these foods gradually and noticing the changes over time.
