Turkey & Black Bean Chili

The Best Turkey & Black Bean Chili—Hearty, Healthy, & Protein-Packed!

This one-pot meal is perfect for busy nights! It’s packed with lean protein, fiber, and bold flavors, plus it’s super easy to make. Save this recipe for later!

✨ Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground turkey

• 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained & rinsed

• 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes

• 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

• 1 cup chicken broth

• ½ yellow onion, diced

• 3 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tbsp tomato paste

• 1 tbsp chili powder

• 1 tsp cumin

• 1 tsp smoked paprika

• ½ tsp oregano

• ½ tsp salt & black pepper

• ¼ tsp cayenne (optional)

• ½ cup corn (optional)

• 1 tbsp lime juice (optional)

🔥 Instructions:

1️⃣ Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté onion for 2-3 mins, then add garlic & cook for 30 secs.

2️⃣ Add turkey, cook until browned, then stir in tomato paste & spices.

3️⃣ Pour in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, black beans & broth. Stir well.

4️⃣ Simmer for 20-30 mins. Add corn & lime juice in the last 5 mins.

5️⃣ Serve with avocado, cilantro, cheese, or Greek yogurt. Enjoy!
