Most women with PCOS deal with irregular cycles thanks to elevated LH, androgens, and insulin. So the goal with supplements is to support:

✨ lowering androgens

✨ balancing insulin

✨ reducing inflammation

✨ calming the nervous system

I’ve found that using supplements with lifestyle and diet are the way to go! Eating a balanced plate & exercising daily enhances the benefits of supplements.

And a reminder: always get updated blood work (including hormones!) and talk with your provider before starting anything new. What works for me may look different for you 🤍
