Using just almond milk and Ratio protein yogurt, it creates a smooth, creamy beverage that avoids the grainy texture common in powdered protein shakes. Almond milk, which is low in calories and high in vitamins, pairs perfectly with the protein yogurt, providing 25 grams of protein per serving. For those looking to enhance gut health, Ratio yogurt includes probiotics, beneficial for digestion. Furthermore, this shake is versatile—enjoy it for breakfast, as a post-workout recovery drink, or a midday snack. It's a great choice for anyone mindful of dietary preferences, as it is dairy-free and can be adjusted to suit various taste preferences (try flavored almond milks for an extra twist!). Ideal for busy lifestyles, this no-fuss recipe can also be easily customized with fruits or nut butters for added flavor and nutrients. Don't just take our word for it; even those who typically dislike yogurt will find it delicious! Get inspired to whip up your own health-filled shake today!

I tried this tonight and I love it. I used Almond Milk and the Ratio Blueberry Yogurt. I should have added some ice. But I will be drinking this in the evenings for my snack. I’m also going to put some fresh fruit in it too.
