• 1 can Goode Foods Whole Kernel Corn, drained

• 1 cup cornmeal

• 1 cup all-purpose flour

• ¼ cup sugar

• 1 tbsp baking powder

• ½ tsp salt

• 1 cup milk

• 2 eggs

• ¼ cup melted butter

• ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon

• ¼ cup maple syrup (plus more for drizzling)

🧁 How to Make It:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a muffin pan.

2. In one bowl, whisk cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

3. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and maple syrup.
