We've all been there... the dreaded yeast infection. If you struggle with any kind of hormonal or gut issue you are way more likely to get a yeast infection, UNFORTUNATELY!

Here are three super simple ways you can combat yeast infections on a daily basis:

1. GET THE RIGHT UNDERWEAR - cotton underwear is good because it tends to keep the area dry!

2. TAKE A VAGINAL PROBIOTIC - i'm still on the hunt for the best natural vaginal probiotic...but one thing I know is that they help A LOT. If you have any suggestions, please let me know!

3. DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE - apart from all the benefits, cranberry juice CAN help prevent yeast infections. Why wouldn't you drink it? Just mix it with your night-time hormone drink and VOILA, you're hitting two goals at once!
