❌ “you need to cut carbs to lose fat”
✨ not true at all. you can absolutely lose fat while eating carbs !!!! as long as you’re in a calorie deficit
❌ “insulin blocks fat burning”
✨ it temporarily shifts energy use, but your overall daily energy balance is what actually drives fat loss
❌ “low carb = faster fat loss”
✨ usually it’s just faster water weight loss, not actual body fat
so what do carbs actually do ???
✨ fuel your workouts so you train harder
✨ improve performance + recovery
✨ make your diet way more sustainable
✨ provide key nutrients (fruits, veggies, whole grains)
