High Protein Cottage Cheese Breakfast Tacos

These were sooo delicious and perfect for getting a high protein breakfast or to eat at anytime of the day!

Ingredients

tortilla 🌮

- 3-4 tbsp cottage cheese

- 1 egg white

- crushed red pepper

- oregano

- your choice of seasonings

taco interior 🥑

- 2 eggs (your style)

- any choice of protein

- siracha sauce

Directions 🧭

1.) preheat oven or air fryer to 400 degrees. mix cottage cheese and egg white. add seasonings to mixture

2.) on baking sheet lined with parchment paper spoon the cottage cheese mixture into equal circles, spreading them out to form small taco bases. optional to add more seasonings

3.) bake for 20-35 minutes. they should look a bit more golden than in photos

4.) while the taco bases are cook 2 eggs in your preferred style

5.) add your personalized toppings! i added avocado, feel free to add more protein!

6.) drizzle some siracha sauce!
