Using an empanada press to make calzones
A calzone is basically a pizza stuffed within it's self. So why not see what tastes good stuffed in the Greek yogurt protien dough I've been making. First is a double cheese filled Calzone. Already simple and delicious 😋 take a big bite while its still hot and watch the cheese ooze out with a delicious cheese pull. Imagine mozzarella sticks but thicker 🤤. Next another classic, sausage and cheese. It's Just like a reg sausage pizza, but all the toppings are stuffed inside. Next is a vegetarian option, black bean and cheese. Itll almost resemble a bean burrito but pizza style. And lastly a zesty buffalo chicken calzone. Cook your chicken first, and slather on some buffalo sauce when they're fully cooked. Make sure to remove the bones so you'll have a smooth chew.
