Using an empanada press to make calzones

A calzone is basically a pizza stuffed within it's self. So why not see what tastes good stuffed in the Greek yogurt protien dough I've been making. First is a double cheese filled Calzone. Already simple and delicious 😋 take a big bite while its still hot and watch the cheese ooze out with a delicious cheese pull. Imagine mozzarella sticks but thicker 🤤. Next another classic, sausage and cheese. It's Just like a reg sausage pizza, but all the toppings are stuffed inside. Next is a vegetarian option, black bean and cheese. Itll almost resemble a bean burrito but pizza style. And lastly a zesty buffalo chicken calzone. Cook your chicken first, and slather on some buffalo sauce when they're fully cooked. Make sure to remove the bones so you'll have a smooth chew.

Goya empanada dough (pre made comes in a pack) Chicken or shrimp ( cook it and cut it up) Any seasoning if your choosing, I use salt pepper, and chilli power, coconut oil half and half for chicken and shrimp as well as paprika! And fry it

Easy Empanadas
Follow the instructions on the back of a bag of Maseca how to make tortillas. Combine 2 cups of corn flour with 1 ½ cups of water. Knead until smooth, roll into balls. Use a tortilla press or two wooden cutting boards to flatten the balls into tortillas. Add filling of your choice to the tortil
