Ingredients

• 1/3 cup unsalted butter (about 5 tablespoons)

• 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

• 1½ (10 oz) bags mini marshmallows (about 15 oz total — all melted)

• About 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal, give or take, depending on how gooey you like them!

Directions

1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Keep cooking and swirling until it turns golden brown and smells nutty.

2. Turn the heat to low and stir in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy.

3. Add all the marshmallows and stir constantly until fully melted and silky.

4. Remove from heat and fold in about 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal — a little less if you like them extra gooey.
