Snacking on a Justin's peanut butter packet provides a convenient, keto-friendly boost during hectic afternoons. Dinner is my favorite time to indulge in a bunless burger topped with cheese and SF ketchup, paired with avocado or guacamole to maintain ketosis while enjoying familiar flavors. Throughout this journey, I've learned that planning and prepping meals ahead can reduce stress and keep me on track.
