Progress Loading ⌛️

this is your sign to stay consistent 🫡 this is two and a half months of progress

you might not see the difference every day but that’s why progress pictures are important

I am four pounds down from february: 139–>134

but I look more than four pounds down and that’s why doing a recomposition is better than straight weight loss. Though I loss fat, I also gained muscle.

keep going …. trust me it’s worth it 🤗

... Read moreStaying consistent with your fitness routine can sometimes feel like a slow journey, especially when daily changes are hard to notice. That’s why tracking progress over weeks or months, and using progress pictures, makes a huge difference. From my personal experience, over the course of about two and a half months, I noticed a significant transformation by focusing on body recomposition rather than just losing weight. Between February and early May, I dropped four pounds—from 139 to 134 lbs—but my appearance changed much more dramatically. This happened because, while I lost fat, I also built muscle, which reshaped my physique in a positive way. Recomposition is different from straightforward weight loss because weight on the scale doesn’t always tell the full story. When you gain muscle as you lose fat, your body becomes leaner and more toned, often improving how clothes fit and how you see yourself in the mirror. Muscle is denser than fat, so even if the scale shows a smaller number, your body can look fitter and healthier. During this period, I combined regular workouts, including running and lifting, to stimulate muscle growth and accelerate fat burning. These activities not only improved my strength but also increased my metabolism and energy levels. If you’re on a similar journey, I recommend taking progress photos regularly instead of judging your results solely by the scale. Photos reveal subtle physical changes that motivate you to keep going, especially on days when progress feels slow. Also, focus on how you feel physically and mentally—more stamina, better mood, and increased confidence are just as valuable as weight loss. Remember, fitness progress is a marathon, not a sprint. Trust your process, stay consistent with your workouts and nutrition, and don’t get discouraged by day-to-day fluctuations. In my experience, body recomposition is definitely worth the effort and patience because it leads to sustainable, long-term results and improved overall health.

Hey guys, thanks so much for the support and suggestions on my last post. I know some of you had questions for updates or follow ups but I didn’t want to provide one until I can give a ACTUAL progress photos. (I don’t think it’s been exactly one month but long enough to see results for sure)

Not all great progress ends in crazy weight loss
This got a lot of hate when I first posted it one of my groups because my progress pic doesn’t end with weight loss… now reposting a year later, it didn’t end at all. When I first posted this a year ago, I posted because I was proud of my bulk, even when I was soo scared of gaining weight.
