What I do to lose weight❤️

I just want to say thank you all for so much support, I know I don’t post much anymore I have done a lot with moving, better job as well. I have also been trying to get myself together again mental health is important!❤️

-I started this because of PCOS and didn’t get periods, me and my fiancé wanted to start a family it’s been a year and still nothing. It’s been very unfortunate but I am hoping soon I can start a pregnancy journey after I get my mental health and weight back in order❤️❤️‍🩹

* medication (no it’s not cheating, I am on Metformin, was on phentramine)

*dairy free and carb light

* chickpea noodles(I eat a lot of pasta)

* mindful of protein and powdered protein( protein can hav a lot of sodium which as raised my cholesterol levels unfortunately)

* I track what I eat in a day

* smoothie or oats( using smoothie helped me be full in the morning)

* working out at the gym(I started by working out at the gym, I don’t do it anymore just because of money and I couldn’t afford to go to the gym, I also did so much movement at my job I didn’t need to. But I do miss working out and lifting weights I also would do some a cardio before and after strength training)
