i made my sourdough starter about 2 months ago but i didn’t really know what to make since i don’t own a dutch oven, so it has been sitting in my fridge😔. then i came across this recipe by sokos.kitchen on intstagram and decided to try it!!😄the recipe was very easy to follow and the bagels came out so good! i did over bake mine a little but the flavor is still amazing! these bagels are definitely worth making !!!
