🍕 Easy Homemade Pizza Dough

Soft, fluffy, and perfect for homemade pizza night. This dough is beginner-friendly and can be made the same day or overnight for extra flavor.

Recipe (makes 2 large pizzas):

Ingredients

• 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

• 1 packet active dry yeast

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1 teaspoon sugar

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 1 ½ cups hot (not boiling) water

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.

2. Add the olive oil and mix well.

3. Slowly add the hot water while mixing until the dough comes together.

4. If the dough is sticky, add a little more flour (1 tablespoon at a time).

5. Knead by hand until smooth and elastic (about 8–10 minutes).

6. Divide the dough into 2 balls.

The secret is in the dough!
This has been a go to favorite of mine to get more protein. It’s easy peasy to make and you can make a lot of substitutions depending on what you have in your fridge. For example, instead of using a pizza sauce, I used spaghetti sauce I had already opened. Subbing the ham for chicken also bumps up
