Traditional Sweet Dish Swayaa, (Vermicelli), milk, sugar, oil, Swayaa, Indian, Pakistan, Bangladesh.
Very easy to make sweet dessert Swayaa.
Ingredients and instructions are here;
1/2 packages of Swayaa (Vermicelli),
(Squeeze manually by hand before frying)
2 tablespoons of oil/ghee
1/2 gallons of whole milk
6 tablespoons of sugar or as per taste
Pre heated oil (slow flame cooking) before adding squeeze vermicelli (Sweyya), carefully fry them until golden color and add 1 cup of milk and stir until milk dry out.
Continue keep adding milk add 4 tablespoons of sugar (Do not put too much sugar) sugar can be add later after taste before cooking done.
Continue keep adding milk until more milk canโt get dry out easily.
Check sugar if needed add more otherwise turn off the flame/fire.
Pour into a glass or plastic container/dish and keep it room temperature until 30 minutes to an hour before keeping it in the fridge.
If desired it can be used warm, hot, cold. All up to the person how do they like.
