🍋 First Time Baking a Lemon Drizzle Tray Bake!

I love experimenting with recipes I’ve never tried before — and this lemon drizzle tray bake was such a fun one. The kitchen smelled wonderfully fresh and citrusy.

👩🏽‍🍳 What went well: the sponge came out light and fluffy.

😅 What I’d tweak next time: I went a bit heavy on the lemon, so I’d dial it back slightly for the perfect zing.

🌟 Taste test: sweet, tangy, and so good — next time I’ll make the drizzle thicker for that extra lemony kick.
