Cinnamon rolls recipe

4 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 cup of warm milk

1/2 cup sugar

1 tablespoon of yeast

1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1/3 cup melted butter

1/2 heavy whipping cream pour over the cinnamon rolls

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 room butter room temperature

2 tablespoon cinnamon

Cream cheese frosting

8 oz cream cheese at room temperature

1 stick of butter

2 cups powder sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 tbsp of heavy cream

preheat the oven to 350°

then In a large bowl put the warm milk and yeast let it sit for 10 minutes. The mix in sugar, salt, eggs and butter salt. Finally add the flour Then let it mix for 7-8 minutes until the dough is smooth and soft, but If the dough is to sticky add more flour 1/4 cup each time until it feels like play dough.

When the dough feels right put oil in the bowl and allow the dough to rest in a warm area covered with a towel for an 1 hour.

In a bowl brown sugar, butter, Cinnamon mix until it's combined.

Set this aside.

Once your dough has rised put a little bit of flour on the counter top and place the dough down and spread the dough into a large rectangle then spread the cinnamon all over your dough. Roll up the dough and then use either a string or a knife and cut them into 1 1/2-2 inches thick. Place the dough in a warm place and allow it to rise for another 30 minutes. Pour 1/2 cup of warm heavy whipping cream right on top of the cinnamon rolls. Place the cinnamon rolls in the oven for 23-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven let them rest or if you like me eat the while there hot and pour the cream cheese mixture on top.

In a mixer mix the cream cheese and butter then add in the vanilla and powdered sugar mix it until it's creamy.
