school finally started, i am not used to waking up this early so i was holding my eyes open in class in the morning 😭, i love my student transport fee but i cant wake up that early, cherishing every little hours of sleep 😓 the canteens are so packed during lunch, long queue, only manage to grab sandwich and all that small food, idt ill survive in office job without caffeine, i can work on store floor without caffeine but sitting on a chair in the morning, my eyes keep shutting by itself without caffeine, i dont drink caffeine that often since it gives me anxiety😔

While it helps me stay alert, especially in the early hours or during long classes, I've struggled with anxiety issues triggered by caffeine. This makes it essential to find a balance — working on the store floor without caffeine is fine, but sitting in class without my eyes shutting feels impossible. One tip I've discovered is to moderate caffeine consumption and choose alternatives like POKKA milk tea in small amounts or sipping slowly to minimize anxiety effects. It’s also helpful to incorporate short naps or power breaks whenever possible to recharge. Adapting to early school timings is a gradual process, but finding these small hacks makes a significant difference in managing energy and staying productive throughout the day.
