Ginger chili stir fried vertebra
Simple ginger chili stir-fry can be done with not many raw materials. Let's see!
Raw materials:
- Meat as you like (pork, chicken, or shrimp)
- Ginger peppers.
- Garlic
- Vegetable oil
- Seasoning sauce
- Fish sauce
- Sugar
- Bergamot leaves.
How to do:
1. Set the vegetable oil pan on a central fire.
2. Add chopped garlic and ginger peppers to sauté until fragrant.
3. Put the meat in the sauté until cooked.
4. Seasoned with seasoning sauce, fish sauce and sugar.
5. Stir well and add the alley bergamot leaves.
