Strawberries and cream healthy way and easy!

I love strawberries and cream but to make them we use a lot of sugar so I definitely was thinking how to make it with less sugar and found this way! Best thing is still give 10.5 g protein doing it in this way, so easy and good!!

I use 1 1/2 tbsp of sour cream

1 little bottle of strawberry oikos protein yogurt mix it well and then add it to your strawberries!! Snack so easy to make and best snack you can do if you are on a diet o trying to add more protein to your daily meals!
