Curry typhoon
Typhon curry is a unique rich, spicy, and spicy Southern Thai native dish with the main component being "typhon" or "fish pung," a fish filling that is fermented with salt.
It has a flattering taste, a salty taste made from typhoons, and a spicy one from curry peppers with a mixture of several hot herbs, such as fresh chili peppers, black pepper, cane, lemongrass, and turmeric.
Fish fillets (such as grilled mackerel, or saba fish) and vegetables such as bamboo shoots, pumpkins, lentils, brittle eggplant and bushy eggplant are often added.
Super delicious. Eat with beautiful, hot rice. Or Chinese?
