Butter chicken from Scratch soooo good.

You will need :

1 tsp of Turmeric powder

2 tsp Garam Masala

1/2 tsp chili powder or Cayenne Pepper

1 tsp ground cumin

2tsp ground Coriander

1 inch ginger root

5-7 cloves of garlic, crushed

2 onion

1 can of crushed tomatoes

2 Tbsp of sugar

1 1/2 lbs of cut up chicken meat

If possible put the onion garlic and ginger into a food processor and make a paste

Marinate the chicken in the spices above for an hour

Sauté the paste until brown with 2tbsp of veg oil

Add tomatoes. In a separate pan cook the chicken either in the oven until golden or in a pan.

Add chicken to sauce bubble for 5 mins pour over rice!
