What I Eat - 180g of protein
Okay so this is the dealâ€Ķ. I cooked a giant batch of shredded chicken and used it to make most of my meals. Personally I love this method because I was able to vary most of my foods. Right now I’m not super focused on specific macros just trying to keep my protein high and my calories low.
