✨ Signs of intestinal unhealthy & how I improved ✨

Many times, our body will give some small signals:

• Frequent bloating 🌪

• Slow digestion and easy constipation

• I have no energy when I get up in the morning, and my skin condition deteriorates.

These may actually be the manifestations of poor intestinal condition.

🌿 One of my improvement methods: stick to a cup of Pyrutea every day.

There are Jueming seeds, winter melons, lotus leaves, orange peels, licorice, roses and other herbs, which are mild and non-irritating, helping to moisten the intestines, support digestion, and gradually restore the lightness of the body.

📌 My intestinal maintenance routine:

1. Get up early and warm water + Pyrutea

2. Eat a light diet and less greasy, and eat more vegetables and fruits.
