Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground pork

• 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced

• 1 large onion, sliced

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 2 tablespoons soy sauce

• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

• 1 teaspoon sesame oil

• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions:

1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add minced garlic and sliced onions to the skillet and sauté until onions are translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

3. Add the ground pork to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until it’s browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

4. Stir in the sliced bell peppers and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften but still have a slight crunch.

5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the pork and vegetables, and stir well to combine.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
